Return policy

You have ​5 days after delivery date to send an email to info@thelostcollective notifying us that you want to return an item for an exchange or store credit (No Refunds). To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we have sent you a confirmation for the return of your item send it back to the address We email you .

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
